Our PTFE lined metal bellows expansion joint, also known as PTFE lined metal compensator, combines the high pressure resistance and mechanical strength of stainless steel metal bellows with the outstanding chemical inertness of seamless PTFE liner. It is specially developed for pipeline systems conveying strong corrosive media, solving the pain point that ordinary metal expansion joints are easily corroded by acid, alkali and solvent. The integrated PTFE lining completely isolates the corrosive medium from the metal bellows, effectively protecting the corrugated body and greatly extending the service life of the compensator.

The main structure consists of seamless PTFE inner liner, stainless steel bellows body, end flanges, tie rods and limit nuts. The bellows material can be SS304, SS316L, SS321, SS310S according to working conditions. Flange options include carbon steel, stainless steel, and can be manufactured to ANSI B16.5, GOST, DIN, BS4504, JIS standards. The tie rods are designed to bear pressure thrust and limit excessive displacement, preventing over-extension and over-compression of the bellows under unexpected pressure surge.

This expansion joint can absorb axial, lateral and angular displacement generated by thermal expansion and cold contraction of pipelines, relieve pipeline stress, reduce vibration and noise transmitted by pumps and equipment, and compensate for installation misalignment. It retains the flexibility of metal bellows while possessing full corrosion resistance of PTFE. PTFE liner features non-stick property, low friction coefficient, no contamination to medium, suitable for high-purity chemical raw material delivery.

Wide application scope: chemical industry, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, metallurgy, acid and alkali regeneration, wastewater treatment, chlor-alkali industry, flue gas desulfurization pipeline. It adapts to medium such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, caustic soda, various organic solvents, corrosive gas and liquid.

We support full customization: DN25~DN800, PN10/PN16/PN25/Class150/Class300, different wave numbers, length, flange form and tie rod configuration. All products are manufactured following EJMA standard. Pressure test, helium leak detection, material certificate, ISO, CO, SGS inspection report are available upon request.
