Concentric Reducing EPDM Flexible Rubber Joint, also known as concentric reducer rubber expansion joint, is specially manufactured to connect pipelines of different nominal diameters in one assembly. Constructed from high-quality EPDM rubber compound with reinforced fabric layers inside, this flexible joint delivers outstanding resistance to high temperature, ozone, aging and most weak acids and alkalis. It effectively absorbs mechanical vibration and noise generated by pumps, compressors and other equipment, while accommodating axial compression/extension, lateral offset and angular deflection of the piping system. The flanged end design allows fast and convenient installation and disassembly without complicated tools. It can relieve pipeline stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction, protect valves and sensitive instruments from vibration damage. Widely adopted in water treatment, HVAC, power plants, chemical, food and pharmaceutical pipeline systems for medium such as hot water, clean water and neutral chemical fluids. Custom sizes and pressure grades are available upon request.
