   • External Braid Layer: Optional stainless steel wire braid, which restricts radial expansion under internal pressure, improves pressure-bearing capacity, and protects the bellows from external impact.
   • End Connectors: Customizable flanges, threaded joints, or welded ends, matched to the bellows material to ensure structural integrity and sealing performance.

1. Multi-Dimensional Displacement CompensationMetal bellows can accommodate axial elongation/compression (±10% of length), lateral offset (±5-30mm), and angular deflection (±5°-20°), effectively relieving pipeline stress caused by thermal expansion, installation misalignment, and equipment vibration.
2. Wide Temperature & Pressure Adaptability
   • Temperature Range: From -270ºC (liquid helium cryogenic conditions) to 1200ºC (high-temperature steam environments), depending on the alloy material.
   • Pressure Rating: PN0.1-PN420 (Class 150-Class 2500), suitable for low-vacuum systems to high-pressure hydraulic/pneumatic pipelines.
3. Excellent Corrosion & Fatigue ResistanceAlloy materials resist corrosion from most industrial media (except for strong oxidants or specific corrosive agents). The optimized corrugated structure ensures fatigue resistance, withstanding millions of expansion-contraction cycles without failure.
