Integral insulation joint, also known as integral insulation joint, is a specialized pipe fitting for cathodic protection system of oil and gas, gas, and water supply and drainage steel pipelines. The product is a factory integrated packaging structure and cannot be disassembled; Internally equipped with insulation rings and double sealing components, on the basis of ensuring the sealing of pipeline media and bearing axial and bending loads, the conductive paths between pipelines are cut off, effectively blocking stray currents and preventing electrochemical corrosion. Compared to insulated flanges, it has higher pressure resistance and stable insulation performance, suitable for buried pipelines, and requires no maintenance after installation.

1. Product Overview and Structural Characteristics
The monolithic insulating joint is a core integrated insulation isolation component applied in the cathodic protection system of steel pressure pipelines. Manufactured through integral forging and integrated welding and encapsulation in factory, it is a maintenance-free, fully sealed and non-detachable special insulation device for pipelines. This joint integrally combines pipe bodies at both ends, high-strength insulation isolation components, high-pressure resistant sealing systems and insulation shielding protection structures. Compared with traditional assembled insulating flanges, it features higher overall structural rigidity, superior pressure bearing capacity and more stable insulation performance.
2. Working Principle and Sealing Performance
Equipped with special engineering insulation isolation materials inside, the monolithic insulating joint can effectively block the axial conductive path of pipelines and realize complete electrical isolation of adjacent pipeline sections. It prevents the cross-section conduction of stray current, electric leakage and electrochemical corrosion of pipelines, accurately divides the protection intervals of the cathodic protection system, ensures the independent and partitioned operation of the pipeline cathodic protection system, and improves the overall anti-corrosion effect of pipelines. Built with multiple oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant sealing structures, the joint can withstand long-term fluctuations of pipeline medium pressure and temperature as well as external soil loads, eliminating problems such as medium leakage and pressure relief failure.

Treated with anti-corrosion coating consistent with that of the pipeline, the product is suitable for direct buried laying and adapts to complex underground working conditions with soil and humid environments. It possesses excellent resistance to settlement, bending and stretching.
