DN350 metal corrugated compensator (also named metal bellows expansion joint) is a large-diameter flexible pipeline fitting with nominal bore 350mm. Its core elastic component is a multi-wave stainless steel bellows (304/316L/321), matched with carbon steel/stainless steel flanges, limit tie rods and internal flow guide tube as standard configuration.It absorbs axial, minor lateral and angular displacements generated by pipe thermal expansion & contraction, installation misalignment and foundation settlement, relieves pipeline thermal stress to avoid weld cracking or equipment damage. Meanwhile it isolates mechanical vibration and reduces transmission noise from pumps, compressors and high-temperature medium pipelines.Available in flange or welded connection, pressure grades from PN0.6 to PN2.5, operating temperature ranging -50℃ ~ 420℃. Widely applied in thermal power, chemical, heating, metallurgy and HVAC large-bore steam/water/oil/gas piping systems. Limit tie rods restrict excessive stretching/compression during transportation and operation to protect the bellows from over-deformation.
