Metal bellows are integrally hydroformed from stainless steel sheets including 304, 316L and 254SMo. PTFE lining is available as option. They provide excellent displacement compensation, vibration absorption and noise reduction. The bellows can absorb axial, lateral and angular pipeline displacements, compensate thermal expansion & contraction, release pipeline stress and protect pipes, valves and equipment from damage caused by thermal deformation and foundation settlement.

Flange or welded end connections are available. The bellows feature stable pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and good anti-corrosion performance against acid and alkali media. Suitable for steam, chemical, oil & gas, HVAC, water supply and drainage applications. Designed and manufactured per EJMA standards. Diameter, wave count and wall thickness can be customized based on working conditions. MTC material test certificates and RT inspection reports can be supplied before delivery. Widely used in power plants, chemical plants, metallurgy, municipal pipelines and paper-making projects.
