Threaded Rubber Expansion Joint with Reinforced Retaining Ring
The Threaded Rubber Bellows Joint with Reinforced Retaining Ring is a high-performance flexible piping component specially developed for threaded connection systems. It adopts high-quality rubber compound as the main body, which features excellent elasticity, ageing resistance and sealing performance. Built-in reinforced retaining ring serves as a structural safeguard. When the pipeline is under internal pressure, the retaining ring can restrict excessive expansion of the rubber bellows, avoid bulging, deformation or separation, and remarkably boost the pressure-bearing capacity and service stability of the joint.
With threaded end connection, this product supports quick screwing installation without welding or flanges, greatly saving on-site construction time. It can reliably absorb axial compression and extension, lateral offset as well as angular deflection generated by pipeline thermal expansion, foundation settlement and mechanical vibration. It effectively isolates vibration and noise transmitted from pumps, compressors and other rotating equipment to the whole piping system, reducing fatigue stress on connected valves, meters and pipe fittings.
This rubber bellows joint is widely applicable for circulating water, chilled water, domestic water and other weakly corrosive fluid pipelines in HVAC, water supply, fire protection and light industrial systems. Multiple rubber material options such as EPDM and NBR are available to match different media and temperature conditions. Strictly manufactured according to industry standards, it provides dependable protection for piping systems and extends the service life of related equipment.
