This full face flip-over flange rubber expansion joint is a heavy-duty pipeline accessory specially developed for industrial piping systems. It focuses on pipeline displacement compensation, vibration isolation, noise reduction and mechanical stress relief. The product supports PN10 and PN16 pressure grades, with a complete size coverage from 1 inch to 100 inches, which can fully meet the installation and operation needs of various low and medium-pressure pipeline projects in different industries.

Different from ordinary rubber expansion joints, this product adopts an integral full-face rubber flanging structure. The rubber body completely wraps the entire metal flange sealing surface without any gaps. This innovative full-sealing design fundamentally avoids medium erosion, interface leakage and pressure surge damage. Meanwhile, the sealing performance will be tighter with the increase of pipeline working pressure, which effectively solves the problem of easy leakage of traditional joints. It maintains stable and zero-leakage operation for a long time, even suitable for complex working conditions containing sewage, granular impurities and weak corrosive media.

The rubber joint body is built with multi-layer high-strength nylon cord fabric as the reinforcing layer, with integral embedded steel wire rings at both ends. This composite structure greatly improves the product's pressure resistance, structural toughness and anti-pull-off ability. It can efficiently absorb axial compression, axial extension, lateral displacement and angular deflection, perfectly compensating the thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, on-site installation errors and continuous vibration generated by mechanical equipment, so as to protect the safety and stability of the entire piping system.

The product is equipped with floating rotatable flanges. The standard flange is made of carbon steel with hot-dip galvanized treatment, and stainless steel 304/316 flanges are optional for anti-corrosion working conditions. The rotatable flange design allows free adjustment of bolt holes during on-site construction, which greatly improves installation efficiency and avoids residual installation stress. It conforms to DIN PN10/PN16 standard, and global common standards such as GB, ANSI, GOST and JIS can be customized to adapt to different national and regional engineering specifications.

EPDM material has excellent aging resistance, ozone resistance and weather resistance, with good tolerance to weak acid and alkali media. The applicable temperature range is -20℃ to 100℃. It is widely applicable to clean water, hot water, cooling water, seawater, domestic sewage and conventional low-corrosion chemical media. It is the preferred material for municipal water supply and drainage, HVAC systems, environmental protection water treatment and general civil engineering pipelines.

NBR material features superior oil resistance, wear resistance and air tightness, which is the core material for oil medium pipelines. The applicable temperature range is -10℃ to 80℃. It is stably applicable to mineral oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gasoline and various oil-containing mixed media, and is widely used in petrochemical, mechanical equipment, industrial oil transmission and other professional pipeline systems.

Optional limit tie rods can be matched according to working conditions. The limit device can effectively prevent the rubber joint from excessive stretching and excessive compression caused by instantaneous pressure fluctuation and large displacement, avoiding product damage and pipeline safety accidents. All finished products have passed strict factory tests including pressure resistance, sealing performance and fatigue durability, with stable quality, strong environmental adaptability and long service life, achieving high cost performance for long-term industrial use.
