1. Product Overview

This metal hose is engineered for fluid, gas and steam transmission in industrial piping systems, capable of vibration absorption and thermal expansion compensation. The corrugated bellows are made of premium SS316L stainless steel, featuring outstanding corrosion resistance and weldability, suitable for corrosive and high-temperature working conditions. It adopts ASME B16.5 Class150 carbon steel flanges, with one fixed flange and one loose flange. This end design facilitates easy on-site alignment and installation. Multi-hole structure is available as a customized option to meet special flow distribution and process requirements.

3. Product Features & Customization

The combination of fixed and loose flanges avoids rotating the entire hose during installation, greatly simplifying pipeline alignment work. The corrugated structure provides good flexibility, absorbing axial, lateral and angular displacement generated by pipeline thermal deformation and mechanical vibration.

For multi-hole customization, hole quantity, hole diameter and layout can be designed strictly according to customer drawings and working conditions. Besides multi-hole design, we also support customization on braid layer, inner liner, working pressure and overall hose length.

All metal hoses are produced under strict quality control. Hydrostatic pressure test can be arranged as requested. Material certificates and inspection reports are supplied for full traceability of raw materials and finished products.
