1. Product Overview
Stainless steel flexible metal hose is a core flexible compensation component widely used in modern industrial piping systems. It is professionally assembled with three core parts: seamless stainless steel corrugated inner tube, multi-layer stainless steel braided mesh sleeve and integrated metal end fittings. 2. Structural Composition
The metal hose adopts a layered composite structure, with each layer performing independent functions and cooperating with each other to ensure stable and durable overall performance:
2.1 Inner Corrugated Tube
Made of integral seamless stainless steel, the annular corrugated structure endows the hose with ultra-high flexibility. It supports multi-angle free bending without permanent deformation or cracking after repeated bending. As the core sealing layer, it completely isolates the internal conveying medium from the external environment to avoid medium leakage.
2.2 Outer Braided Mesh Sleeve
The outer layer is woven with high-strength stainless steel wires, which serves as the pressure-resistant and tensile reinforcement layer. It can bear most of the internal medium pressure, prevent the inner corrugated tube from radial expansion and bursting, and greatly improve the working pressure and safety coefficient of the hose. Double-layer or triple-layer braided structures are optional for high-pressure working conditions. In addition, the mesh sleeve can effectively limit the excessive stretching of the hose and protect the inner tube from friction and damage.
