Composite large pull rod metal compensator

This compensator is structurally assembled by two symmetrical metal corrugated bellows, an intermediate straight pipe section, high-strength tension pull rods, fixed end plates, spherical self-aligning gaskets and limit fastening parts. The overall structure is compact and rigid, while retaining excellent flexible deformation capability. The core feature of the large pull rod mechanism is that it completely bears the blind thrust generated by medium internal pressure during pipeline operation, which fundamentally eliminates the pressure load transmitted to pipeline fixed supports, equipment nozzles and valve bodies. This effectively protects the entire piping system from structural stress damage caused by medium pressure.

In actual working conditions, the double-bellows linkage structure can efficiently absorb large transverse and lateral displacement caused by temperature rise and fall of the pipeline. Meanwhile, it allows a certain range of axial telescopic displacement and angular deflection displacement, realizing multi-dimensional composite compensation. The coordinated deformation of the two bellows can evenly disperse structural stress, avoid local stress concentration of a single bellow, and greatly improve the fatigue resistance and service life of the product under frequent thermal cycle working conditions.

Equipped with adjustable limit pull rods, the compensator can effectively control the maximum deformation range of the bellows, prevent over-stretching, over-compression and distortion failure under extreme working conditions or unexpected pipeline displacement, and ensure stable and safe operation of the pipeline system. All metal components are made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel materials with excellent pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, adapting to various harsh working environments such as high temperature steam, high-pressure gas and chemical liquid medium transportation.
