Working Principle
The stainless steel bellows is the flexible core of the expansion joint. When thermal expansion, vibration, or misalignment occurs in the pipeline, the bellows deforms to absorb the movement. The flanges connect the compensator securely to the pipeline, while internal components such as guide sleeves and limit rods help control movement and protect the bellows from damage.
Applications
These universal flanged stainless steel expansion joints are widely used in:
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
District heating and cooling networks
Power plants and boiler systems
Petrochemical and chemical industries
Water treatment and water supply systems
Shipbuilding and marine engineering
Steel, cement, and metallurgical industries
Pulp and paper industry
Food and pharmaceutical processing
Gas, steam, and oil pipeline systems
