1. Product Structure Overview
The double bellows compensator, also named duplex bellows compensator, is composed of two independent bellows units symmetrically arranged at both ends and a rigid intermediate straight pipe spool in the middle. The overall structure adopts integrated welding or flange connection, with no internal stress concentration. The double-end bellows collaborative design effectively breaks through the displacement limitation of single bellows compensators, while the middle rigid pipe ensures the overall structural stability of the compensator and avoids deformation under medium pressure. End connections can be customized as welded type, flange type or socket type to match different pipeline installation standards.
