1. Product Structure Overview​
The double bellows compensator, also named duplex bellows compensator, is composed of two independent bellows units symmetrically arranged at both ends and a rigid intermediate straight pipe spool in the middle. The overall structure adopts integrated welding or flange connection, with no internal stress concentration. The double-end bellows collaborative design effectively breaks through the displacement limitation of single bellows compensators, while the middle rigid pipe ensures the overall structural stability of the compensator and avoids deformation under medium pressure. End connections can be customized as welded type, flange type or socket type to match different pipeline installation standards.​
2. Working Principle & Core Function​
Relying on the elastic deformation of the double-end stainless steel bellows, the product comprehensively absorbs multiple pipeline displacements generated by thermal expansion and contraction, equipment vibration and foundation settlement. The dual-bellows matching structure can decompose and offset axial displacement, lateral transverse displacement and angular deflection synchronously. Different from single bellows products, it has super strong compensation capability for large lateral displacement, which solves the problem of insufficient compensation stroke of traditional single compensators in long-distance pipeline systems. It also buffers pipeline vibration and noise, protecting valves, pumps and other pipeline auxiliary equipment from structural damage.​

The main bellows body is made of high-quality stainless steel (304, 316L, 321 optional), with excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and elastic toughness. The middle straight pipe and connecting end are made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to working conditions, ensuring structural rigidity and pressure resistance. All welding parts adopt argon arc welding full penetration process, with smooth welds and no structural defects, meeting industrial pressure pipeline safety standards.​
