1. Product Overview
The double sphere rubber expansion joint, also known as double ball rubber compensator, is reinforced with multi-layer nylon cord fabric and available in EPDM or NBR rubber body. Compared with single sphere type, its double-ball structure delivers larger displacement compensation capacity. It is mounted on piping systems to absorb thermal expansion, mechanical vibration, axial, lateral and angular offset. It can reduce noise and protect pumps, valves and pipeline components from stress damage. EPDM version is suitable for water, weak acid, weak alkali and air with superior ozone and aging resistance. NBR version provides reliable oil resistance for oily medium service.
