1. Inner PTFE Lining
    
   Made of virgin PTFE or modified fluoropolymers (PFA, FEP), the lining features a smooth, non-stick surface with universal chemical inertness. It prevents direct contact between the transported medium and the metal hose, avoiding corrosion and medium contamination. The lining is usually formed by extrusion or molding, with seamless construction to eliminate leakage risks.
2. Reinforced Metal Hose Core
    
   The substrate is a corrugated metal hose, typically made of stainless steel (SS304, SS316L, or Hastelloy for extreme corrosion). The corrugated structure ensures excellent flexibility for displacement compensation, while the metal material provides high-pressure resistance and structural rigidity.
3. External Braiding Layer
    
   A high-strength stainless steel wire braid is wrapped around the metal hose, enhancing the joint's pressure-bearing capacity, preventing hose expansion under internal pressure, and protecting the corrugated structure from external mechanical damage.
4. End Fittings
    
   Connection ends are available in flange (RF, RTJ), threaded (NPT, BSP), or weld configurations, made of SS304/316L or carbon steel. The fitting-lining interface is precision-sealed to avoid medium seepage between the lining and metal layer.

   • Temperature Range: -200ºC (cryogenic media like liquid nitrogen) to +260ºC (high-temperature fluids), with modified PFA linings capable of short-term operation at 300ºC.
   • Pressure Rating: PN0.6-PN25 (Class 150-Class 300), with customized high-pressure versions available for special industrial needs.
3. Hygienic & High-Purity Properties
    
   The smooth PTFE inner wall prevents medium adhesion, scaling, and bacterial growth, meeting strict standards such as FDA, 3A, and USP Class VI. It is ideal for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor ultra-pure fluid transportation.
4. Durable & Low-Maintenance
    
   The metal braid layer protects the corrugated hose from external impacts and fatigue damage, extending the service life. The product requires no regular maintenance under rated conditions, reducing pipeline operation costs.
