Product Description
Our Expansion Joint Rubber Balls are precision-engineered spherical sealing elements designed for use within rubber expansion joints in piping systems. They are engineered to absorb thermal expansion, contraction, vibration, and misalignment in pipelines, providing a reliable and flexible barrier that prevents media leakage while accommodating pipe movement. Ideal for demanding applications in HVAC, industrial processing, and power generation
* Manufactured from high-grade, flexible elastomers (such as EPDM, NBR, or Silicone), the ball can compress, stretch, and deflect within the joint housing. This effectively compensates for multi-directional pipe movements (axial, lateral, and angular) without losing sealing integrity.
* The spherical design ensures constant, uniform contact pressure against the joint liner, creating an excellent leak-proof seal. The rubber material is formulated to resist a wide range of media, including hot water, steam, mild chemicals, and oils, ensuring long-term performance.
* The rubber ball acts as a vibration dampener, absorbing and isolating vibrations from pumps or compressors. This contributes to a quieter and more stable piping system, reducing stress on surrounding components.
* Built from abrasion-resistant and aging-resistant compounds, our rubber balls are designed for extended service life even in cyclic temperature and pressure conditions, minimizing downtime and replacement costs.
