High Pressure Corrugated Flexible Metal Hose for Industrial Pipeline
Overview
Our stainless steel flexible metal hose is constructed from seamless welded corrugated tube in 304 / 316L stainless steel, reinforced by outer stainless steel wire braiding. It is engineered to compensate thermal expansion, pipeline misalignment, mechanical displacement and vibration in industrial piping systems while maintaining stable leak-tight performance.
Different from rigid steel pipes, the corrugated structure enables great flexibility for installation in narrow and complex spaces. It serves as a flexible joint between pumps, compressors, heat exchangers and steam pipelines, combining metal durability with excellent bending property.

Applications

Customization & Packaging
We accept custom designs for dimensions, connection types and raw materials. Every metal hose will pass hydrostatic pressure test before delivery. Both ends are fitted with protective caps. Goods are packed in cartons or wooden cases for ocean shipment.
