This large diameter rubber expansion joint is fitted with integral limit tie rods. It can effectively absorb axial, lateral and angular thermal displacement generated during pipeline operation, isolate vibration and reduce noise transmitted from pumps and fans. The built-in limit rods prevent over-stretching and dislocation of the rubber body under medium pressure, avoid damage to the rubber sphere, and bear most of the pressure thrust to lower the load of pipeline fixed supports. Made of high elastic rubber material, it features good sealing performance, corrosion resistance and convenient installation. It is widely applied in municipal water supply & drainage, sewage treatment, cooling circulation pipelines and low-temperature flue gas duct systems.

The large-diameter rubber expansion joint with limit rods is a high-performance flexible pipeline connection component designed for heavy-duty, large-bore piping systems. It is structurally composed of multi-layer high-strength rubber body, reinforced fiber cord layers, integral flanges and adjustable metal limit tie rods. This product is professionally engineered to comprehensively compensate axial compression and extension, lateral deflection, and angular displacement caused by thermal expansion, pipeline vibration, foundation settlement and equipment operation deviation.
Equipped with precision-adjustable limit rods, the expansion joint effectively controls the maximum expansion and contraction stroke of the rubber body, preventing over-stretching, over-compression and rubber delamination or tearing under full-pressure operating conditions. Meanwhile, the limit rod assembly bears most of the medium pressure thrust, greatly reducing the load on pipeline fixed supports and avoiding pipeline displacement and system instability.
In addition to multi-directional displacement compensation, the rubber expansion joint possesses excellent vibration isolation and noise reduction performance, which can weaken mechanical vibration transmitted from pumps, fans and compressors, protect valves and pipeline accessories from fatigue damage, and extend the overall service life of the piping system.
