The rectangular metal corrugated compensator body is assembled from stainless steel corrugated components, frame flanges, guide vanes, and transport limit rods. The corrugated sheet is made of heat-resistant stainless steel sheet metal stamped and welded, with a rectangular cross-section structure as a whole, specifically designed for use with square smoke and air ducts.
The product is mainly used to compensate for the axial, lateral, and angular displacement caused by pipeline operation heating, offset pipeline thermal expansion stress, reduce vibration transmission between equipment and pipelines, and play a role in vibration reduction and noise reduction. Internally equipped with a guide tube, it can reduce the erosion and wear of the ripple caused by high-speed dusty flue gas, and prevent medium eddy currents from damaging the ripple body. The supporting pull rod only serves as a protective limit during transportation and lifting processes. After the equipment is installed, it must be completely removed and cannot be used to withstand the pressure and thrust of the medium.

Installation & Operation Notes

- Never use bellows deformation to correct pipeline installation deviations.
