The bellows are multi-layer welded stainless steel plates with U-shaped, V-shaped or rounded corner wave structures to reduce stress concentration, with wall thickness from 0.5 mm to 3 mm. Matched rectangular frame flanges connect on-site ducts, while flow liners are mandatory for airflow over 8 m/s to prevent erosion. Optional accessories include limit tie rods for large negative-pressure pipelines, temporary shipping bars, thermal insulation covers and stiffening ribs for oversized sections. All-metal welded sealing delivers excellent tightness and long fatigue service life compared with fabric expansion joints.
