1. Product Overview
The right angle wave rectangular metal compensator is a dedicated flexible expansion joint matched with rectangular ventilation ducts and flue gas pipelines. Featured with unique right-angle corrugated structure, this metallic compensator solves the displacement and stress problems generated during the operation of air supply, exhaust and flue systems. It is widely applied in industrial flue gas pipelines, factory ventilation systems, thermal power and metallurgical smoke exhaust pipelines.
2. Core Function
- Compensate axial, lateral and angular displacement caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of metal pipelines;
- Eliminate thermal stress inside the duct system to prevent pipeline deformation and cracking;

3. Structural & Material Features
The main corrugated body adopts integrated right-angle wave forming technology without corner cutting and splicing defects. Optional materials include carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel according to working medium and temperature. Customers can select single-wave or multi-wave structure as required. Connection modes cover welded end and flange connection to match different rectangular duct installation requirements. Built-in flow liner can be equipped upon request to reduce flue gas abrasion and avoid medium scouring the corrugations.
4. Application Working Conditions
Suitable for conveying normal temperature air, hot air, flue gas and other gaseous media. It can operate stably under low pressure and negative pressure working conditions. Adapt to complex installation environments of industrial smoke and wind ducts, and can withstand certain high temperature flue gas. It is the preferred flexible component for ventilation and smoke exhaust engineering.
