Made of reinforced rubber (EPDM/NBR optional), it compensates thermal expansion and installation misalignment, widely used in small-diameter water, gas and oil piping systems.

Small caliber flanged rubber expansion joint is a flexible rubber connector specially designed for small-diameter piping systems. It is composed of multi-layer reinforced rubber sphere and integral metal flanges, adopting advanced vulcanization molding technology to ensure strong bonding between rubber body and flanges.
This expansion joint can effectively absorb axial compression and extension displacement, lateral transverse displacement as well as angular deflection generated during pipeline operation. It compensates thermal expansion and cold contraction deformation of pipelines, offsets installation alignment errors, isolates vibration transmission from pumps, compressors and other rotating equipment, and lowers pipeline operation noise. Meanwhile, it alleviates pipeline stress and protects pipes, valves and related equipment from damage.
Various rubber materials are optional to adapt different medium conditions: EPDM for cold/hot water, weak acid and alkaline medium; NBR for oil medium; CR for aging resistance and outdoor use. Flanges can be produced in accordance with DIN, ANSI, GB and other international standards, with carbon steel or stainless steel materials available.
The product features excellent sealing performance, good elasticity, corrosion resistance and convenient installation. It is widely applied in small-bore pipelines of water supply and drainage, HVAC, petrochemical, food processing, power, marine and machinery industries.
