This compensator relies on the excellent elastic deformation performance of stainless steel corrugated elements to realize pipeline displacement compensation. When the pipeline produces thermal expansion and contraction displacement, the metal bellows will elastically stretch or compress along the pipeline axis to fully absorb and offset the axial displacement. Meanwhile, the flexible corrugated structure can tolerate a certain range of lateral comprehensive displacement and micro angular displacement, effectively releasing the concentrated thermal stress and mechanical stress inside the pipeline. The flow guide sleeve can isolate the direct scouring of high-speed flowing medium on the bellows, reduce medium turbulence and pipeline pressure loss, and effectively prolong the service life of the compensator. Meanwhile, it supports multiple customized connection forms such as flat welding flange, integral flange and butt welding, meeting different on-site installation process requirements.
