Successful Delivery of DN80 Full 316 Stainless Steel Bellows Expansion Joints for UAE Project
We are delighted to share our latest delivery update: a batch of customized metal bellows expansion joints has passed full factory inspection and been shipped to our valued customer in the United Arab Emirates.
This order specifies DN80 expansion joints constructed with full 316 stainless steel material throughout the entire product, including both the bellows body and flanges. The flanges are manufactured in compliance with ANSI Class 150 standard, fully meeting American specification requirements for piping systems.

Designed following EJMA engineering standards, these stainless steel expansion joints are engineered to absorb thermal expansion, contraction and minor angular/lateral displacement of pipelines. The 316 stainless steel material delivers superior resistance against corrosion, salt spray and high temperature, perfectly adapting to the harsh operating environment of the Middle East region. It also helps reduce vibration transmission and noise for the whole piping system, protecting equipment and pipeline integrity.
During the whole production workflow, our quality control team conducted strict material identification, dimensional checking, hydrostatic pressure test and visual inspection before packaging. Every unit is carefully packed to avoid damage during long-distance sea transportation to UAE.
This successful shipment marks another solid milestone of our overseas business in the Middle East market. We keep focusing on high-quality piping expansion joints and flexible metal compensators, and we are ready to provide custom engineering solutions for more global clients from chemical, power, water treatment and oil & gas industries.
