Flanged rubber expansion joint, also known as flexible rubber joint, spherical rubber compensator. It is composed of rubber body and carbon steel flange. Adopting high‑quality EPDM / NR rubber material, with excellent performance of vibration absorption, noise reduction, displacement compensation, stress relief and pipeline protection.
This rubber flexible joint can absorb axial, lateral and angular displacement caused by pipeline thermal expansion and contraction, mechanical vibration and foundation settlement. Effectively protect pumps, valves and pipeline systems from damage. Widely applied in water supply & drainage, sewage treatment, HVAC, fire‑fighting, circulating water system and general industrial piping.
Available size range: DN25‑DN2500. Working pressure: PN6, PN10, PN16. Custom‑made rubber materials are optional for special media, such as acid, alkali, oil and high‑temperature medium. Anti‑pull‑out reinforcement structure is available upon request. Carbon steel or stainless steel flange options for your selection.
