The inner corrugated tube is manufactured through precision hydraulic or mechanical forming, forming continuous annular or spiral wave structures. This special wave structure endows the hose with excellent softness, bending performance, and axial telescopic capacity, allowing free bending, stretching, twisting, and angle adjustment without deformation, cracking, or medium leakage. It can effectively compensate multidimensional displacement generated by pipeline thermal deformation, foundation settlement, and equipment operation deviation.
   The outer steel wire braided layer serves as the main pressure-bearing and protective structure. Single-layer, double-layer, and multi-layer braided structures are available according to different pressure grades.       The high-density stainless steel wire braid tightly covers the corrugated tube surface, greatly improving the hose’s pressure resistance, tensile strength, and impact resistance. It effectively restricts excessive expansion of the inner tube under high pressure, prevents tube body bulging and burst failure, and protects the corrugated layer from external friction, collision, and mechanical damage. Meanwhile, the braided structure enhances the overall structural stability, avoiding distortion and failure during frequent bending and displacement cycles.
   The end connectors are precisely forged and machined, featuring high dimensional accuracy, good sealing performance, and strong structural rigidity. Multiple connection types are fully optional, including thread connection, flange connection, quick clamp connection, welding end, and custom special joints. All joints adopt precision welding and sealing technology to ensure zero leakage under long-term high-pressure and high-temperature operation. The integrated welding process eliminates the risk of loose connection and medium seepage caused by traditional assembly structures, improving the overall safety and stability of the pipeline system.
   Standard raw materials include high-quality stainless steel 304 and 316L, with optional 310S, 201 stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper materials for customized working conditions. 304 stainless steel provides excellent general corrosion resistance and mechanical performance for conventional industrial environments. 316L ultra-low carbon stainless steel offers stronger acid and alkali resistance, anti-oxidation performance, and high-temperature stability, perfectly suitable for chemical, marine, salt fog, and strong corrosive medium environments.
