The rubber sphere is the elastic core of rubber expansion joint. It is integrally vulcanized, composed of inner rubber layer, multi-layer nylon/polyester cord reinforcement and outer rubber layer. It can absorb axial, lateral and angular displacement of pipelines, damp vibration and reduce noise. Different rubber compounds (NR, EPDM, NBR etc.) are optional for water, oil, acid & alkali mediums.

Product Description
Rubber expansion joints consist of inner and outer rubber, nylon cord fabric which are vulcanized and then combined with metal flanges or loose sleeves of parallel joints. This product can reduce vibration and noise, and compensate thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature change. It is widely used in various pipeline systems.
