Flutron non-metallic fabric expansion section serves as a core flexible compensation accessory widely installed in industrial piping, ventilation, flue gas desulfurization, dust removal and chemical medium conveying systems. The whole main sealing and flexible body is manufactured from multi-layer high-strength composite coated fabric, consisting of high-temperature resistant glass fiber base cloth, heat insulation cotton buffer layer, anti-corrosion isolation film and weatherproof outer protective coating, without any metal corrugated parts inside the flexible part.
This series of fabric expansion sections is professionally engineered to comprehensively absorb three types of pipeline displacement generated during equipment operation: axial telescopic displacement caused by temperature thermal expansion and cold contraction, transverse lateral dislocation displacement from foundation settlement or equipment vibration deviation, as well as angular deflection displacement produced by pipeline installation deviation. Compared with metal expansion joints, it delivers superior vibration isolation and noise reduction performance, which can cut off the transmission of mechanical vibration and airflow noise between pipelines and connected equipment such as fans, boilers, dust collectors and reactors, effectively lowering overall system operating noise and avoiding resonance damage to pipeline supports and housings.
In terms of medium adaptability, Flutron fabric expansion sections possess remarkable comprehensive corrosion resistance. Customizable surface coatings including silicone rubber, fluororubber and PTFE coating are available to cope with acidic flue gas, alkaline waste gas, dusty high-temperature airflow and various weak corrosive liquid media, maintaining stable sealing performance under continuous high-temperature working environments and resisting aging, oxidation and medium erosion for long-term service. Its lightweight flexible structure will not generate additional rigid thrust force on pipeline flanges and supports during deformation, greatly reducing the design load of pipe brackets and simplifying the overall pipeline layout construction.
The product adopts integrated hot-pressing molding process for the fabric body, with tight stitching and edge sealing treatment to prevent air leakage, dust leakage and medium penetration under negative pressure or positive pressure working conditions. Standard connecting forms include flange connection and clamping type connection, which can be matched with carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel pipeline flanges of different pressure grades. It features convenient on-site installation, low maintenance cost and no need for regular anti-rust painting maintenance like metal compensators.
Suitable working scenarios cover power plant flue and denitrification pipelines, metallurgical furnace ventilation ducts, chemical plant corrosive waste gas conveying pipes, cement factory dust removal pipelines, waste incineration flue systems and industrial ventilation air ducts. By buffering pipeline thermal stress and mechanical impact, the Flutron non-metallic fabric expansion section avoids fatigue cracking, deformation and leakage risks of pipelines and peripheral equipment, significantly extending the service life of the entire piping system and supporting continuous, safe and stable industrial production operation.
