This is a PTFE lined rubber flexible joint designed for pipeline systems to absorb thermal expansion, vibration, noise and misalignment. The inner PTFE lining provides excellent corrosion resistance against aggressive chemicals, acids and alkalis, while the outer EPDM or NBR rubber body offers good flexibility, sealing performance and mechanical durability.
Equipped with metal flanges and bolt holes, it can be easily installed between pipes, pumps, valves and other equipment. 2. Multi-layer Structural Composition (Layer by Layer Breakdown)

  1. Inner PTFE Lining Layer (Critical Anti-corrosion Layer) The full inner wall is covered with seamless PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) lining, featuring ultra-strong chemical inertness. It can resist almost all strong corrosive media: inorganic acids, organic solvents, strong alkalis, chloride solutions, oil mixed corrosive liquid, etc. The smooth inner wall greatly reduces fluid flow resistance, avoids medium adhesion and scaling, and eliminates the risk of medium corroding the rubber main body.   • EPDM outer rubber: Outstanding resistance to high temperature, ozone aging, ultraviolet radiation and hot water/steam. Suitable for water supply, heating, environmental protection water treatment and weak acid medium pipelines, with long outdoor service life.
  • NBR outer rubber: Excellent oil resistance, good wear resistance and mechanical tensile property. Ideal for petroleum, hydraulic oil, diesel and oil-containing chemical medium conveying pipelines. This rubber layer provides elastic deformation capacity to realize axial compression/extension, horizontal deflection and angular rotation compensation.
  1. Outer Protective Rubber Cover Layer A thin weather-resistant rubber cover wraps the outermost side of the flexible body, protecting the internal cord fabric skeleton from outdoor sunlight, rainwater and mechanical scratch damage, delaying rubber aging.
  2. Metal Connecting Flange Standard carbon steel or stainless steel flange with evenly distributed bolt holes, matched with pipeline flange standards like GB, DIN, ASME.
